A directional bandit sign is just what the name implies. it is a sign that directs people where you what them to go. Mostly used by real estate investors and real estate agents. They can be used for any event that you what people to show up at. This type of sign is slightly different from your bandit signs, because you would be putting them on side streets also to direct people to your event. I personally use these signs as a lead generator, Meaning I will put the in the general direction of the property I am trying to sell. This way I can have them in the high visibility areas. I write on the signs the address along with me phone number. Most people are in a hurry and are just going to write the number down and call you later. I always hand write my road signs, which pulls many more leads than the pre-printed ones. For an example of what I use email you my personal sign that I use to generate huge amounts of leads for my houses for sale.

This is an example of what I DON’T use. This type of sign will work,but if you want loads of people calling don’t use this one. Email me for one that I am using.

Why Do Directionals Work So Well?

Directional arrow signs work well for a number of reasons. First, they are targeted to the neighborhood where the property is located so the folks who will actually see them are the buyers or tenants who are already driving the neighborhood looking for properties. The second group of people who will see the signs are the residents who already live there. Many times the nearby residents will have family or friends who want to move into the neighborhood.

Flyers delivered to the neighborhood will also accomplish the notification aspect that there’s an available property, but what flyers don’t do is lead the prospect or prospect’s friend straight to the front door.

Again bandit signs are some of the best dollar for dollar marketing you can do. Tim is talking out moving houses here, but it really doesn’t matter what kind of business you are in. Bandit signs will produce more quality leads for you than most any other form of advertising.
